I held off nearly two months in writing this because it is simply hard to put into words how helpful Bailey truly was, and how thankful we are for him and the role he played in our first home purchase. If not for him, I doubt we would be in the home of our dreams today. Bailey came to me billed as someone who had “helped a lot of people find their dream homes.” Lofty expectations indeed but he lived up to every bit of them. I do not find the home buying process particularly fun. Bailey turned out to be the guide we needed to get the job done. He insulated us from much of the day-to-day headaches (as the homebuying process is stressful enough) while keeping us engaged in the process. Most notable is the fact that this guy is on-the-ball. I manage a corporate sales team of around 20 people- I keep tabs on everything and don't miss much- without Bailey things would have fallen through the cracks. The level of attention to detail and care he brings to the table is something seldom seen in many people- or professionals.
