I held off nearly two months in writing this because it is simply hard to put into words how helpful Bailey truly was, and how thankful we are for him and the role he played in our first home purchase. If not for him, I doubt we would be in the home of our dreams today. Bailey came to me billed as someone who had “helped a lot of people find their dream homes.” Lofty expectations indeed but he lived up to every bit of them. I do not find the home buying process particularly fun. Bailey turned out to be the guide we needed to get the job done.
